At Hand Lettings, we are dedicated to making our website, www.handlettings.co.uk, fully transparent on our policies and processes for cancellations and bookings.
What our cancellation process is
When you book a short or long term stay, you will need to pay the upfront cost of your stay. This will be held and is fully refundable until 9am from the day before your booking starts. For example, if you book for the 3rd then your monies will be refundable if you cancel your booking before 9am on the 2nd.

If you cancel before your check in time of 15:00 then you will still be liable for the first night and any service fees from booking. We will then return the remaining nights owed to you, with the exception of the first night.
Adjustments for extra nights granted
If you want to book extra nights to extend your stay and we have availability. We will send an invoice for the extra nights charge and the same cancellaton fees apply as above.
Damage to the property
If there has been any damage, theft or loss to the proeprty or it's equipment then these will be chargeable at the value of the object or damage sustained and an additonal admin charge of £20
Noise Complaints
Our properties have a strict noise control from 10pm. If we receive complaints about excessive noise, we may have to consider a fine or early cancellation of your booking. we have air and noise monitoring systems in place.
Fines £1000
Our properties are non smoking and vaping, doing so inside the property will incur a fine of £1000 to cover the need to clean, vent and remove strong odour.
